Every confirmed trip is covered by AutoX’s host protection — collision and third-party liability up to ₦5,000,000. Hosts must still hold valid private-vehicle insurance.
You get a full refund and ₦5,000 in AutoX credit toward another booking. Host-initiated cancellations also count against the host’s response score.

Renters pay via Paystack at booking time. Funds are held until the trip ends. Hosts are paid out within 24 hours of trip completion, minus the platform fee and VAT.
Drivers’ license, government ID, phone, and email — for renters. Hosts add vehicle title or registration plus current insurance. All KYC is handled in-app.
Yes — switch to the Company role on signup. You can invite drivers, manage multiple listings, and route earnings to a corporate account.
